KustomTech Fork Braces

KustomTech fork braces tie both fork tubes together and limit their twist. Under hard braking and in corners the fork then works straighter, and the front end becomes easier to read.

What KustomTech fork braces change

Steering gains precision and the front floats less over bumps. It shows most on a long fork, a loaded bike or a wide tyre. On a short stock machine the gain stays subtle.

Fitment

The part bolts to the original mounting points, with no drilling. Even so, check your tube diameter and mudguard clearance before ordering. A low guard may call for a spacer.

Fitting

Loosen, position, then tighten in a cross pattern so the tubes are not strained. The fork must slide freely afterwards: if it stiffens, the brace is misaligned. A check after a hundred kilometres avoids surprises.

Looks

The cut-out machining of the Deluxe line echoes the risers and the plates. Picking the same finish creates a continuity you see from the front of the bike.

What about the tyre?

A wide tyre cuts the available gap. So measure the clearance between tyre and brace with the suspension compressed before you ride. Two centimetres is a reasonable minimum on broken roads.

Availability and advice

The four references are held in France and ship within forty-eight hours in a tracked parcel. Before ordering, send us a photo of your front end together with your tube diameter: we confirm the fitment and the mudguard clearance. Payment runs in euros and returns stay open for fourteen days.

These 4 references belong to the KustomTech custom motorcycle parts range. See also the brake master cylinders. Official dimensions are published on the Kustom Tech website.
