• If the size of a garment does not suit to you and you wish to exchange it within 14 days only once for another size.
• 1 - Important for your exchange to be validated : Send an Email to nicolas@school-of-cool.com

• 2 - Wait for a reply from school-od-cool with a return acceptance reference number before sending the package back. (Without this number we can not ensure the exchange)
• 3 - Enclose on plain paper in the return package : Specify the desired size and give your waist size in CM if it is a pair of pants.
• 4 - Specify your name, order number, return number
  
• 4 - Give your waist size IN Centimeters  for pants, and your chest size and shoulder width for a jacket. In its original packaging, the item must be clean and unworn.
• 5 - Write down the reasons why you are returning the item Write down your tracking number and the size you choose or if you wish to be refunded.
• The shipping costs for the return are at your expense but school-of-cool will return the item free of charge on the first exchange.
  

• VERY IMPORTANT YOU HAVE TO INDICATE IN YOUR RETURN FOR THE CUSTOM FEES YOUR PARCEL IS A RETURN FOR SIZE 

• IF you have to declare  a custom value for the return please do not exeed 15 Euros to avoid custom fees return
