We refuse to sell parts of poor quality, especially if they pose safety problems (brakes, bearings, tires, …). We strive to make you benefit from the best offers on the technical part and the equipment but always in the search of the best quality / price ratio.

We make every effort to have a very accurate and up-to-date catalog showing the parts specifically adapted to your vehicle.
Of course, if a part can not be assembled due to a catalog error, we will take back the part at our expense for an exchange or a refund.
We have in stock the most frequently requested products such as electroline repro headlights, prisoner clothing, taillights ….
Other parts and equipment are usually available within 1 to 3 days. For specific parts, contact us for a delay.

Of course! All parts sold by School of Cool benefit:

  • the legal guarantee
  • the legal guarantee of hidden defects
  • the manufacturer’s warranty, the scope and duration of which vary according to the products and brands.

The shipping costs of the article (s) are your responsibility.

However, if the guarantee of conformity is applicable to the product (s) returned (s), all costs related to this return will be refunded. To benefit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product.

The guarantees do not cover:

  • Replacement of consumables (bulbs, brushes, batteries, discs, filters, fuses, jaws, pads, etc.)
  • abnormal or improper use of products
  • the defects and their consequences related to the use not in conformity with the use for which the product is intended (competition …).
  • defects and their consequences related to any external cause.

You can change the delivery address as long as your product is not shipping.

On receipt of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the equipment is in perfect condition (and, if necessary, to note the damage detailed on the delivery note of the carrier).

But at school of cool, you have 15 days to change your mind! Only returned products in their entirety, in their original packaging complete and intact , and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

In the case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, you have the choice to request either the refund of the sums paid or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the return will be done at your expense.
