The manufacture of our leather

We are concerned about the treatment of our skins.

Finishing Grinding

Our partners, selected, obtain these skins by processes of chemical and mechanical treatments well achieved necessary to obtain its properties:

the chemical processes give the leather its colour, its suppleness, its feel to the touch….

With the mechanical treatment, we determine its thickness thanks to the shaving which allows to equalize the leather,

it is finally spun to remove any remaining water,

then the drying and and windblowing will finish to correct the few remaining defects and smooth out the folds.

Last step the Finishing

At this moment the leather will find its specificity and get its texture and appearance.
