KustomTech Throttle Grips

KustomTech throttle grips replace the stock control with a solid part, in aluminium or brass. Brass takes on a patina as the miles add up, while anodised alloy stays clean. The range covers the throttle grip, the fixed grip and the small accessories that go with them.

Internal or external cable on KustomTech throttle grips

Two routings exist. The internal cable runs inside the bar and leaves the cockpit completely clean, but it calls for drilling. The external cable fits as it comes, without touching the handlebar. So choose according to your project and the time you want to spend on it.

Single or twin cable?

Older carburettors are happy with a single pull cable. Recent engines and injection systems need a pull and a return. Check your stock control before ordering, because the inner pulley is not the same.

Comfort and finish

Brass heats up more slowly in the sun than black alloy, which counts on long summer legs. Next, think about matching the material to your levers and risers. Full pairs include the fixed left grip, which avoids a mismatch on fitting.

Diameter and length

The throttle grip turns on the bar, while the fixed grip is glued or bolted. So measure the length available between the switch housing and the bar end before choosing. A grip that is too long blocks a bar end fitting, and one that is too short leaves the tube showing.

Stock and shipping

All twenty-four references sit in our French warehouse, not at an Italian wholesaler. An order placed before midday therefore leaves the same day, in a tracked parcel. You get the tracking number by email, and payment runs in euros, with no conversion and no customs charge inside the European Union. If you pick the wrong version, an exchange stays open for fourteen days.

These 24 references belong to the KustomTech custom motorcycle parts range. See also the Deluxe handlebar switches. Official dimensions are published on the Kustom Tech website.
