KustomTech Deluxe Handlebar Switches

KustomTech handlebar switches from the Deluxe line gather the electrical controls in a machined housing, far from stock plastic. One, two or three buttons depending on what you need to wire, in aluminium or polished brass.

Sizing your KustomTech handlebar switches

First count your functions: indicators, horn, kill switch, starter, headlight. A two-button housing covers most stripped builds; three buttons become useful as soon as you keep the electric starter and the indicators. Then measure the bar, 25.4 or 22 mm.

Wiring and weather

The wires come bare, so you stay free to pick your terminals and loom length. Plan a sleeve and a clean run inside the handlebar. A dab of dielectric grease on the contacts extends their life in the rain.

A finish that shows

On a stripped handlebar the switch stays one of the few visible parts. A machined housing therefore changes the look of the whole cockpit, especially when it matches the grips and levers. Polished brass sits well with a nickel-plated engine; black alloy suits a dark bike better.

Electrical compatibility

The buttons are dry contacts: they pass current with no internal electronics. So they take a stock loom just as well as a programmable module. For a high-draw headlight, add a relay rather than sending the full current through the button.

Delivery and exchange

The ten housings are held in France and leave within forty-eight hours, in a tracked parcel. Payment runs by card or PayPal, in euros. If the button count turns out not to match your loom, an exchange stays open for fourteen days, provided the part has not been wired. Write to us before you cut a single wire.
